Privacy
What this covers. This page explains what happens to the details you send through the booking form on ciscothechris.com. Cisco the Chris is a project of Essential Downtime.
What we collect. Through the booking form, only what you type into it: your name, email, event date, venue and city, type of event, the vibe you picked, and anything else you add.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site, like which pages they visit and roughly where they're visiting from. It uses cookies and collects details about your browser and device, not anything you type into the booking form. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
How it travels. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person, not a bot, sent the form. Your request is then emailed to us through Resend and stored in Essential Downtime's own systems so we can reply and keep track of bookings.
How long we keep it. Booking requests are deleted from Essential Downtime's systems automatically 24 months after they arrive. Copies of the email also sit in Gmail and in Resend's records, which keep them under their own policies.
What we do not do. We do not sell your details, add you to a mailing list, or share them with anyone except to answer your request.
Questions or deletion. Email booking@essentialdowntime.com and we will tell you what we hold or delete it.
